Casa Codina
The need
Casa Codina is a Modernista apartment building located in the heart of Barcelona, built in 1902. A unique architectural piece that, following its restoration, is reborn as a space for apartment rentals, preserving its historical character and adapting it to a contemporary experience.
Our challenge was to translate the architectural essence of the building into a coherent and elegant visual identity system, capable of engaging with its legacy and projecting it into the present.

Inspiration drawn from the visual identity and the distinct architectural character of the house led us to design a digital platform that brings its elegance and uniqueness to the web environment. The design gives full prominence to the nobility of the space and its details, integrating tools such as a 360° virtual tour. This immersive experience allows users to inhabit and explore the rooms interactively long before their arrival.

Through our lens, we have sought the dialogue between natural light and textures.
The result is a photographic archive that exudes elegance and reflects the authenticity of a building where history and contemporaneity coexist in harmony.
Tour 360
The project was developed using various advanced technological tools, most notably the 360° camera, which made it possible to generate an immersive tour of the space's interior. This methodology enabled us to accurately capture the atmosphere, volumes, and architectural details, offering an enveloping visual experience that remains faithful to the reality of the environment.
Video
The promotional video narrates the complete guest experience, capturing moments of comfort and the calm of the unique atmosphere felt throughout the building.
An audiovisual piece conceived to convey the sense of well-being, exclusivity, and understated luxury that characterizes a stay at the apartments.
Applications
We also design business cards and brand guidelines, always maintaining the aesthetic line of Casa Codina.
