The need

TGNA is a real estate group rooted in Tarragona that was looking for a comprehensive rebranding to reflect its commitment to the city.

The challenge: to design a corporate identity that balanced the historical weight of the environment with a contemporary vision, while also creating a scalable brand architecture for their future apartment buildings.



The brand

The graphic synthesis of "TGN" uses modular blocks that evoke the apartments at their different heights and pay tribute to the Roman seating rows. The letter "A" integrates an upward arrow, symbolizing the growth and projection of the city.



Sub-brands

We developed a dynamic visual system to accompany the group's expansion. Based on the grid of the main logo, each sub-brand is coherently structured according to its exact location (street and number), guaranteeing immediate recognition.

Web

We translated the brand's language into a sophisticated interface with fluid navigation that unifies all the sub-brands. As a differentiating value, we integrated 360° virtual tours, allowing future guests to interactively explore each space before their visit.

Audiovisual

We create video pieces with storytelling focused on the guest experience. We portray real-life experiences through various profiles: from a family's stay in the Cervantes building to a couple's getaway in the Reial building, thereby connecting with each of our audiences. Our aesthetic prioritizes light and architectural details to generate an emotional bond with the comfort that users long to enjoy in our apartments.



Aplications

The brand identity comes to life through the design of personalized cards for each complex and careful exterior building signage. Each physical element ensures that the first contact with the building faithfully transmits the essence of TGNA.
